The government needs to be courageous with the issue. It is corrupting the democracy in a very complicated way. Walmart is already a well established firm, it doesn't need another billion dollar just to take the local jobs from the market.A significant amount of subsidies ends up going to the CEO's of the company who already are sitting on a big pile of cash. It's easy to see something is wrong.
